Expert Technical services rendered by our staff via phone / internet to your Office or Home. One half hour minimum

• All prices quoted are valid for 1 (one) day only

• Pricing is subject to:
  - Fluctuations in the exchange rate
• Please note that payment is due on acceptance of quotation.

• Prices are based on the current Rand / Dollar Exchange Rate.

• All software installed by Phoenix IT, will only be done using
  original software with licence codes and no warranty is offered on
  software
• Labour Rates are charged @ R300 per hour (1 hour
  minimum). 
• Labour Rates for After hours & Public Holidays: R600 per hour
  (1 hour minimum).
• Labour Rates for Remote support charged at half hour
  miniumum.
